Process FAQs
During the initial consultation, we discuss your trade show goals, booth size, budget, brand guidelines, and timeline. We review your show manual and floor plan to understand venue-specific requirements. This conversation typically takes 30 to 45 minutes and can be done by phone, video call, or in person at our Orlando or Las Vegas offices.
Our standard process includes up to three rounds of 3D rendering revisions at no additional cost. Most clients approve their design within two rounds. Additional revisions beyond three rounds are available at a nominal fee. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the design before we begin fabrication.
Our experienced installation crew handles all setup and teardown at the event venue. We coordinate with show management, electrical contractors, and freight carriers to ensure a smooth installation. A dedicated project manager is assigned to your exhibit and is on-site during installation to oversee every detail.
We provide on-site technical support throughout the duration of your event. Our technicians are available to troubleshoot any issues immediately. We also carry backup LED panels and components on-site so that any malfunctioning panel can be replaced quickly without disrupting your exhibit.
We recommend booking at least 8 to 12 weeks before your show date for standard exhibits. For larger custom builds (20x20 and above), 12 to 16 weeks is ideal. However, we have accommodated rush projects in as little as 4 weeks when inventory allows. The earlier you book, the more design options and scheduling flexibility we can offer.
Yes, we manage all logistics including professional crating, nationwide shipping, advance warehouse delivery, and coordination with venue management. Your exhibit arrives on time, every time. We ship to all major convention centers across the United States and handle all drayage and material handling paperwork.
Our turnkey pricing includes design consultation, 3D renderings, fabrication, graphics production, LED panel rental, shipping, installation, on-site support, teardown, and return shipping. The only items not included are show-specific costs like booth space rental, electrical service, and internet — which are paid directly to the venue.
Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of LED exhibits is the ability to update content remotely. We can swap out your video wall content, update messaging for different audiences, or create entirely new motion graphics between shows — all without touching the physical exhibit structure.
Yes, we offer climate-controlled storage at our Orlando facility between events. Your exhibit is professionally packed, inventoried, and stored securely. Before each show, we inspect all components, replace any worn items, and ensure everything is in perfect condition before shipping.
